    Are you planning to use your insurance or pay out of pocket?

    We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and Blue Choice PPO plans. For all other out-of-network PPO plans, we also submit claims directly to your insurance for you. HMO plans require payment at the time of service, and we provide you with a Superbill document that you can submit to your insurance and request reimbursement based on your coverage.

    We also accept HSA, FSA, and out of pocket payments. Call or message us for more information.

    If you are using insurance, it is important to understand your portion of the cost-sharing for outpatient therapy for your plan. Are you aware of your copay, coinsurance, and/ or deductible for your plan?

    How Do I Know If I’m Covered for Your Services?

    You can verify your eligibility and benefits by calling the customer service number on the back of your insurance card. Some questions to ask are, “What are my outpatient mental health benefits?", “Do I have a co-pay, co-insurance, or deductible for outpatient mental health services?”, and “Are there any limits or authorizations required?”

    Your exact coverage and the amount you will owe cannot be confirmed until a claim has been filed and processed by your insurance provider. Please note that not all services may be covered by insurance. This includes, but is not limited to, wellness workshops, and music therapy.
