This will be a hands on workshop learning about the healing properties of crystals, and how to use them to love and heal your own body, mind, and soul. Participants will get to explore various stones known to bring relief to common physical, emotional, and spiritual ailments and issues, as well as learn how to apply them to a daily self-care and empowerment routine. Participants will also get to practice opening up to their healing potential in a crystal energy healing guided meditation.
