As the season transitions into Fall, it reminds us that letting go can look beautiful. A long exhale of shedding and releasing what we have held on to. There is no need to hold our breath. It reminds us it is safe to let go and turn inward and reconnect with ourselves.
Here is a gentle drawing technique to check-in with yourself and set your intentions of what you want to let go of this Fall:
