Call to mind some of your strengths… What is it about you that makes you unique? What are you known for? What do YOU know and love about yourself? What qualities, attributes, or talents do you possess that have enabled you to shine? Have these things always been with you? What have you done to strengthen or reinforce them? What are some of the earliest memories you have connecting with your strengths? What strengths have you used today, yesterday, this week? How do you feel when you are in sync with your strengths? Do you lose your sense of time? Do you have a bounce in your step? Do you feel the flow both moving through you and moving you through a task or moment?
Although it is always healthy to get outside of your comfort zone, it is also grounding to reconnect with your strengths. Your strengths can remind you of who you are, and guide you through a difficult transition. So, give it a try! List out a few of your strengths and let yourself reaffirm who you are and what you are here to do! Plug back into yourself as a way to recharge on self-love.
